Do I need to sign a long contract?
There's a 12-month commitment to start — that gives me time to build your site
and make sure everything is running smoothly. After that, it's month-to-month.
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I need to cancel early?
Life happens. If something comes up unexpected and you can't make the 12-month committment
work, talk to me and we'll work something out.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your content, your images, your domain — it's all yours. If you ever want
to leave, I'll help you take everything with you.
What if I need more updates than my plan includes?
No problem. Extra updates are billed at a fair hourly rate and I'll always
let you know before doing any extra work. No surprise invoices.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Business later?
Absolutely. We'll just add the extra pages and features and adjust your
monthly rate. Easy.
Do I need to provide all the content?
Nope. I include a content call where we talk through your business, and I
help write the copy for your site. You don't have to stare at a blank page.
What about my domain name?
I'll help you register a domain in your name (usually around $15/year). You
own it. I just help set it up and point it to your site.

Absolutely! Whether you need a redesign, a speed upgrade, or just some fixes,
